The BOUNCE back exercise program has been designed by experienced physiotherapists to cater for all levels of ability and fitness. Level 1 and 2 classes specifically focus on neck and upper back or lower back, hip and limb exercises.
Focuses on retraining your brain and muscles with gentle exercises that gradually progress to more functional tasks. Designed to teach you how to control and conquer your back and/or neck problems while giving you confidence to move effectively during the activities in your daily life.
For those who have completed the Level 1 class or already have an appropriate level of core and spinal stability. These classes will challenge and develop dynamic posture for the Neck/shoulder or lower back/hip and limb so that you’ll move more effectively.
The BOUNCE back program is designed with graduated exercises that ensure you have the strength, stamina and stability to safely return to pre injury work, and/or get back to your favourite recreational activities with greater core and spinal stability than ever. BOUNCE back classes also fast-track recovery following operations for hip, knee or ankle conditions.
Suitable for participants who have a high level of stability achieved after completing the Level 2 stream. The Advanced Level is designed with a variety of dynamic and highly challenging upper and lower body exercises that will enable you to build overall body strength and flexibility, whilst continuing to improve core and spinal stability. This class builds the confidence needed for a full return to work and peak sporting activity knowing your body can now operate at its best.
At Proactive Physiotherapy we recognise that people still injure themselves, and are in pain, so we are still open for face-to-face consultations for the time being, In the interests of everybody's health we are trying to minimise these face to face treatments, so if your condition can be helped without face to face treatment we will offer you telehealth or phone consults.
For your safety, we have reduced physiotherapists hours to allow us to have only two physiotherapists and one receptionist in the clinic at any one time. We use screening questionnaires for everyone attending the clinic and have strict sanitising procedures in place.
For anyone that doesn't want to come into the clinic, our telehealth service, “Physio By Video” is up and running. Anybody who is interested in this service should contact us by email: email@example.com, or by phone on 40536222 and a physiotherapist can discuss how this works.
Reception will be attended between 830am and 5pm and Monday to Thursday and 830am to midday on Friday, or you can leave us a voice message at other times.
Thank you for your understanding. We wish you all safety and good health in the coming days and weeks.
Julie Faulks and the entire Proactive Physio team.
