Jim completed his Undergraduate degree at University of South Australia graduating in 1998.
He has recently moved to Far North Queensland with his young family from Sydney where he has worked extensively in musculoskeletal and sports injury management. During his time in Sydney Jim had the opportunity to work closely with some of Australia’s leading Orthopaedic surgeons and Sports Physicians.
Prior to his stint in Sydney Jim was fortunate to have the opportunity to work for 5 years providing physiotherapy services to the Australian Defence Force, rehabilitating Defence Personnel to return from injury to their challenging roles serving their country.
In the last 2 years Jim has fostered his interest in sports and musculoskeletal injuries by completing a Masters Degree in Musculoskeletal and Sports Physiotherapy, gaining him the title of an APA Sports physiotherapist and APA Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist.
Being keen runner and cyclist, Jim has a particular interest in treating lower limb injuries and has experience in performing cycling and running assessments.
