B.Phys (Hons) The University of Newcastle 2006
For the last five years Hannah has been working in private practice in Tasmania, treating a variety of musculoskeletal and sporting injuries with manual therapy and exercise. A focus on achieving client goals and positive long term outcomes has led Hannah to integrating Clinical Pilates (DMA I – IV) into her assessment, treatment and rehabilitation of spinal and other chronic conditions. Empowering the client through understanding their own condition is of primary importance. Hannah also utilises dry needling techniques for soft-tissue therapy and will shortly be undertaking further training in headache management. Outside of her passion for physiotherapy, Hannah is a keen hockey player. She enjoys mountain biking, running and anything outdoors when the chance present itself. Having recently moved to Cairns, Hannah is looking froward to the opportunity to get to know the Far North and take advantage of everything it offers.
