The Pathway to Ultimate Spinal Health (PUSH spinal treatment programme) is a hands-on and systematic spinal care approach designed to help you reach the absolute best of your physical capability. You will be given a high-tech spinal treatment combined with a focussed and customised spinal care, muscle retraining and muscle strengthening program giving you clear and understandable goals for long term back pain relief. The PUSH spinal treatment programme puts the power to achieve your spinal care goals into your hands, because you not only help decide what sort of back pain and neck pain relief you can achieve, you’ll get spinal treatment guidance from caring and skilled back pain physiotherapists to help you on your journey to lasting spinal care.
Designed by Julie Faulks, one of Australia’s top spinal experts, the PUSH programme individually focuses each muscle group with the use of the latest proven back exercise techniques including the dynamic BOUNCE Back programme, Clinical Functional Exercise and gym based exercise prescription for a complete and rounded approach to your back care. The final outcome is to break the recurrent back pain and neck pain cycle and establish dynamic postural patterns which remove your back pain and make you stronger and more physically effective over the longer term.
The PUSH spinal treatment pathway is designed to cater for all levels of spinal strength and spinal stability designed to reactivate inhibited muscle patterns and reprogram the motor cortex (getting your brain to understand what your muscles and body should be doing) then incorporating this new knowledge to get your back and neck functioning correctly to give you long term relief from back pain and neck pain.
The expert physiotherapists at the Proactive Physiotherapy Clinic we will help you retrain your mind and your body to move more effectively and safely to give you the type of spinal care that will remove your back pain and neck pain for ever. Contact the Proactive Physiotherapy Clinic today to remove your back pain sooner.
At Proactive Physiotherapy we recognise that people still injure themselves, and are in pain, so we are still open for face-to-face consultations for the time being, In the interests of everybody's health we are trying to minimise these face to face treatments, so if your condition can be helped without face to face treatment we will offer you telehealth or phone consults.
For your safety, we have reduced physiotherapists hours to allow us to have only two physiotherapists and one receptionist in the clinic at any one time. We use screening questionnaires for everyone attending the clinic and have strict sanitising procedures in place.
For anyone that doesn't want to come into the clinic, our telehealth service, “Physio By Video” is up and running. Anybody who is interested in this service should contact us by email: email@example.com, or by phone on 40536222 and a physiotherapist can discuss how this works.
Reception will be attended between 830am and 5pm and Monday to Thursday and 830am to midday on Friday, or you can leave us a voice message at other times.
Thank you for your understanding. We wish you all safety and good health in the coming days and weeks.
Julie Faulks and the entire Proactive Physio team.
