WHAT’S IT LIKE TO WORK AT PROACTIVE PHYSIOTHERAPY?

See what some of our team (past and present) have to say about working at Proactive Physio!

“Proactive Physiotherapy was a great place to work where I really felt part of a team.

The regular PD sessions were very insightful. Having a keen interest in women’s health, I got to sit in with the women’s health physio and learn a lot of practical information from her.

I enjoyed working in such a spacious clinic with large treatment rooms. The tropical surroundings and garden to the entrance of the clinic was one in a million.

Each physio has a different area of expertise and this was great to learn off each other.”

“I started working for Proactive back in 2013. I am a full-time receptionist and also the go to person for any questions.

The 3 things I love about working for Proactive would be the regular bubbly clients, the family/friendship bond between all the staff and that they never miss a birthday, because we all love cake!”

“I worked as a locum physiotherapist at Proactive from April to June 2018 and felt welcome as soon as I arrived.

Not only did the staff provide skillful patient-centred care, the relaxed and family feel of the clinic meant that both patients and staff loved their time there.

The beautiful clinic is set in a quiet and lush neighbourhood, cycling there and going past the botanic gardens every day was a real treat. I spent 9 months in Australia, and I must admit that my time in Cairns and at Proactive was, by far, the highlight.”
