Originally from Ireland, Enda completed an MSc in Physiotherapy in 2008 at Robert Gordon University, Aberdeen, Scotland.
Since then, he has gained an excellent range of musculoskeletal experience including spinal treatment, post-operative rehabilitation, and sports physiotherapy.
Enda is passionate in providing effective hands-on treatment, particularly for neck and lower back pain conditions, and employs a wide range of treatment techniques to suit the condition. This has been achieved through attending regular professional development courses since he qualified, such as acupuncture and dry needling training, the Mulligan technique, the Watson headache approach,( level 2) and more recently completing a certificate in spinal manipulative therapy.
He has extensive experience in injury rehabilitation for both sports injuries and post-operative conditions such as ACL reconstructions, meniscal arthroscopies, and rotator cuff repairs. Evidence based practice is at the centre of his practice and he keeps up-to-date with the latest research and guidelines on injury management.
Enda also is actively involved in Running assessments and training for injury management, and enhanced performance.
Enda enjoys the experience of working with people of all ages and from all walks of life. He finds it extremely rewarding to bring about positive changes in peoples’ quality of life.
